This project is much interesting, because on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan is no plant for the production of cement.
Tatarstan spends for logistics 1 000 000 000 billion rubles a year.
The Republic of Tatarstan consumes 2,048 million tons of cement per year.
On the territory of Drozhzhanovsky district has a Deposit of limestone, clay and marl ceritadewasa. Almost 100% of raw materials for cement production reside on the territory of Drozhzhanovsky district.
Drozhzhanovsky district has two deposits of limestone Abyss of Chuvash (Tatar Abyss) and Capacitance a limestone mine.
According to geological data the estimated volume of limestone in the field Abyss of Chuvash (Tatar Abyss) is about 25 million tons for Karakachanska the field is about 70-75 million tons.
The most widely used in all countries of the binder material is Portland cement. For making it as basic raw material used in carbonate (limestone, chalk, marl) and argillaceous (clay, shale, mudstone) rocks, mixed in a specific ratio.
The original Portland cement was made from clay rich limestone, the so-called marl-straight, with close to the required ratio of calcium oxide to silica and the minimum MgO content. The widely known sources of such raw materials are deposits of Ohio (USA), district Rugby Leicester (Central England) and Novorossiysk and Ust-Katav in Russia. However, due to the sharp increase in demand for Portland cement and the depletion of deposits of marl straight to his production began to use clay and limestone for various fields.
Preliminary studies of deposits and occurrences of marls and carbonates of Drozhzhanovsky municipal district showed that on the basis of local raw materials can obtain high-quality cement clinker.
The main raw materials used were limestone plot Chuvash Abyss with a Cao content of 42-45%, MgO 0,8-2,2% and vibrocorrelation marl with a Cao content of 30-35% and MgO of 2.1-2.3 percent.
The calculated values showed that by mixing these two components in different ratios depending on the set value of KN (saturation factor) can predict the receipt of Portland cement brands from 300 to 500.
Given that the marl-naturals, widely spread within the Drozhzhanovsky district, have some variations in chemical and mineral composition vertically, the operation of the quarry and further processing of raw materials in the clinker mixture.
1. The technological mapping of deposits on the ledges with a capacity of 6-7 m, that is, when the power of the useful thickness 18-20 m is formed of the process and the ledge.
2. 3. Obtaining Portland cement is carried out by standard techniques.
The proposed scheme will almost completely avoid qualitative leaps Portland cement binder, and to eliminate (or significantly reduce) the costly addition of modifiers of the type of bauxite, kaolinite etc. that will reduce production costs.
The above-described technology of production of Portland cement will allow for additional reconstruction of standard cement production to obtain various types of Portland cement – rapid hardening, hydrophobic, sulfate and etc.
Adding zeolite grade of cement is increased by 40 units, and the period setting of the cement is reduced.
This technology will significantly reduce the cost of the final construction product. Not require to purchase specialized equipment, and will produce cement in a conventional machine for the production of cement and create high-quality raw materials at low cost.
